Senior Copywriter

Please Note — This Role Has Non-Negotiable Requirements. We kindly ask that you do not apply unless you meet all of the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience in a creative or advertising agency
• Proven experience at the Senior Copywriter level or equivalent
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX

• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create compelling, on-strategy copy across a range of formats: TV, radio, digital, social, print, OOH, websites, and more
• Develop conceptual campaign ideas in collaboration with Art Directors and Creative Directors
• Own and manage copy from concept through final delivery, with strong attention to detail and brand voice
• Actively participate in brainstorming, creative reviews, internal presentations, and client meetings
• Proofread and fact-check all work before submission, ensuring excellence and accuracy in both languages
• Bring strategic thinking to the table, connecting brand objectives to strong messaging
• Be an active team player across departments—Creative, Strategy, and Accounts

• SKILL SET/KNOWLEDGE:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating conceptual work and copywriting
• Confidence writing across traditional and digital channels
• Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize, and a proactive attitude
• A deep understanding of the collaborative process in an agency environment
• Experience presenting and selling ideas to internal teams and clients
• A love for words, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to make copy sing—whether it’s a tagline or long-form article
• A positive, team-first mentality and flexibility to help with projects that may fall outside your day-to-day role

• WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT
• This is an in-office role in San Antonio, TX
• Work hours are Monday–Thursday in-office, with Fridays remote
• Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (CT)
