- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a full-service advertising agency, with a proven ability to support and lead client-facing projects.

Education & Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital and social platforms (e.g., Meta, X/Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc.) and a track record of measurable success.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from kickoff through delivery, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills; a collaborative team mindset is essential. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are a plus.
Job Description:
Account & Project Management
- Deliver exceptional client service across digital, traditional, and social campaigns, bringing both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Own day-to-day project and account management—balancing multiple initiatives, timelines, and client priorities.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings with clarity and purpose, ensuring alignment and next steps are captured and executed.
- Ensure all work meets client expectations, agency standards, and compliance requirements—on time and within budget.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including Creative, Production, Strategy, and partner vendors.
- Mentor and support junior team members, modeling best practices and encouraging professional growth.
- Review and proof all outgoing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with client goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact during planning, execution, and wrap-up phases, providing clear guidance and recommendations.
- Manage reporting and performance tracking for both digital and traditional campaign efforts.
- Lead weekly status meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
Strategy, Media & Creative Execution
- Collaborate on the development and execution of integrated marketing plans—setting objectives, shaping strategies, and overseeing tactical rollouts.
- Contribute to copywriting and quality control for digital ads, print collateral, websites, and social content.
- Translate client feedback and insights into actionable direction for creative teams.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to strategic planning and upsell conversations.
- Support the creation and execution of media plans—including digital and traditional buys—while collaborating with media vendors and internal teams.
- Assist in tracking team hours and optimizing time management across projects.
- Contribute to new business efforts including RFPs, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Participate in client events, industry mixers, and community activations as a brand ambassador for the agency.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices across digital and traditional marketing.
- Monitor competitor activity and client landscape to identify strategic opportunities.
- Stay informed on social platform updates, web standards, and brand compliance protocols.
- Proactively surface cultural and trending moments to inspire relevant and timely brand content.
